Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, halved
  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 10 tbsp walnut oil (La Tourangelle)
  • 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 4 dashes Maggi seasoning

Instructions

    In a small cup, combine onion, walnut oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and Maggi.

    Spoon about 2 tablespoons of dressing into the center of each avocado half.
