- 1 avocado, halved
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
- 10 tbsp walnut oil (La Tourangelle)
- 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 4 dashes Maggi seasoning

In a small cup, combine onion, walnut oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and Maggi.
