Avocado With Walnut Oil Vinaigrette

  • 1 avocado, halved
  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 10 tbsp walnut oil (La Tourangelle)
  • 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 4 dashes Maggi seasoning

Instructions

  1. 1In a small cup, combine onion, walnut oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and Maggi.
  2. 2Stir well.
  3. 3Spoon about 2 tablespoons of dressing into the center of each avocado half.
  4. 4Enjoy!

  • - Use the ripest avocado you can find - it should yield slightly when pressed.
  • - Walnut oil goes rancid quickly, so store it in the fridge after opening.

English Muffin Tuna Melt

  • 1 can tuna
  • 2 big tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 dashes Maggi seasoning
  • Optional: 1 spoonful capers
  • 1 English muffin (split in half)
  • 2 slices of your favorite cheese

Instructions

  1. 1Open tuna can and place tuna in a small bowl.
  2. 2Add mayonnaise, Maggi seasoning, and capers (optional).
  3. 3Mix well.
  4. 4Split English muffin in half.
  5. 5Add half the tuna mixture to each muffin half.
