Spanish Pan con Tomate

Ingredients
- 1 thick slice of crusty bread
- 1 very ripe tomato
- 1 clove of garlic (peeled)
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- A pinch of sea salt
Instructions

Cut the tomato in half and rub the cut side against a box grater over a bowl until you have a pulp (discard the skin).

Rub the raw garlic clove onto the bread.

Spoon the tomato pulp onto the bread, drizzle with oil, and add salt.
